Classes Offered

ADOG can meet any of your dog training needs with our wide selection of classes.  Our classes are designed to build on one another.  Skills learned in each class will be honed and added to the “next step”.  You can achieve a really well-mannered dog in our Starter Classes or choose to continue training to our Obedience Intro Classes and Competition Classes levels and become involved in the sport of obedience or other dog sports.

Class Progression – Next Steps

Our classes are designed to build on one another. Skills learned in each class will be honed and added to in the “next step”. You can achieve a really well-mannered dog or choose to continue training to our advanced levels and become involved in the sport of obedience or other dog sports.

  • Puppy (AKC STAR Puppy Program) — Next Step: Pet Manners.
  • Pet Manners — Next Step: Canine Good Citizen.  Must have instructor approval and the following skills (not perfect) are met sit, down, stay, come and loose leash walking. No reactivity to dogs and/or people.
  • Canine Good Citizen (AKC CGC Program) — Next step: Obedience Foundation.
  • Obedience Foundation — Prerequisite CGC.

Private Lessons

You may request private lessons by completing a Private Lesson Registration form and submitting your dog’s shot records. After everything is received, you will be matched with a staff member who will contact you to discuss scheduling and price.
